Deposit of 30% within 7 days.
Final payment: 45 days before arrival. Short stay bookings (less than 7 nights) full payment within 7 days Payment options: Bank transfer in Swiss Francs or secure link credit card payment (2.5% surcharge) Your booking is valid once the deposit is received. All clients are liable for any loss or damage to the rented property.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations after payment of the deposit are subject to an administration charge of Chf.300.00 :: 90 days notification, refundable deposit, 60 days notification: 50% refundable deposit, 45 days notification 25% refundable deposit, Less than 45 days: Full payment (non-refundable) unless property can be re-rented.
