Haus Aquila (115m2) built in 2004 is a spacious, first-floor, 3-bedroom (sleeps up to 6 people) apartment with a south facing Matterhorn view. It is in the quiet and residential area of Zer Bännu in Zermatt.
It is approximately 850 m from the centre and the Wiestibrucke bus stop just 500 m. It is just a 5-7 minute walk to Sunnegga ski lift and there are bars, shops and restaurants all within convenient walking distance.
Matterhorn Views
From the balcony, living room and dining area there is a fantastic view of the Matterhorn and across the village of Zermatt. There is no direct access to the building by taxi but you can easily reach the building by taking approximately 50 steps downward and then take the elevator of the neighbouring Haus Capriolo.

The apartment comprises of one master bedroom with queen size bed, one double room and one twin-room with two single beds. There are two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub/shower There is a flat-screen TV with Swisscom cable TV that has numerous international channels, DVD/CD-Player and an iPod compatible speaker system. There is free broadband WIFI internet connection

There is a fully equipped, modern, open plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine), large dining area, spacious living area that is light and comfortable with modern tasteful furnishings and decoration which leads onto the south facing balcony with lovely views of the Matterhorn and surrounding mountains and under floor heating throughout.
