Winter 2020/21 :: Dates and Rates

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
New temporary Cancellation Policy:
100% refund for cancellations 30 days before arrival date due to Covid (minusFr.300.00 admin costs)
100% refund for cancellations if the resort is closed due to COVID (minus Fr.300.00 admin costs)
50% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival date (minus Fr. 400.00 administration costs)
Less than 7 days: Full payment (non-refundable) unless property can be re-rented but administration charges will be applicable.

Reservation Terms and Conditions:
To secure a reservation:
A deposit of 30% is required within 10 days of the date of confirmation date. Without prior arrangement, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking. The balance payment is due 45 days before the arrival date.
Preferred method of payment: Bank Transfer , Credit Card
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 90 days prior to arrival: Refundable deposit minus administration costs of Fr. 300.00
Less than 90 days prior to arrival: non-refundable deposit
Less than 45 days prior to arrival: Full payment due unless property is booked by another party. Administration charges will be applicable.
*Renters are liable for any damage to the rented property and its’ contents and will be asked to sign a damage indemnity on arrival.
