Haus Arbgrat is situated a 5 minute walk from the town centre, main and Gornergrat train station, Sunnegga metro and bus Located on the riverside it is just a 3 minute walk to the ski bus stop, 5 minutes to the Sunnegga departure station and 5 minutes to the town center.
Modern Renovation
Having been recently renovated, the apartment is luxuriously, comfortably and stylishly furnished and has two plasma TVs (lounge and dining areas both with numerous international channels). There is an office/quiet room with desk and sofas on the ground level for those that need to work whilst away or those that just need some quiet time with a book.
Sleeps 10 pers
The master bedroom is en-suite with a bathtub, shower cubical, W/C and double wash basins. There are two other shower rooms with W/C and wash basins, one on the upper floor where the bedrooms are located and the other on the ground floor.
Facilities
Conveniently there is a washer and dryer in the apartment for your use. The lounge and dining areas extend out onto a large dual aspect covered terrace with dining facilities/sofas and a large communal garden for those that prefer to be alfresco. There is a large communal ski room in the building.
