Haus Adrian (80m2) is the newest addition to the Zermatt Apartment Rentals portfolio. This luxury two bedroom apartment is located in the ‘Wiesti’ area of Zermatt and is just a three minute walk to the Sunnegga Express lift station and 5 minutes to the town centre.
Located on the third floor (accessible by lift) this apartment sleeps four people and comprises one double and one twin room.
Description
The apartment is decorated in a modern style, but with generous use of natural woods, colours and textures. It is tastefully furnished to a very high standard.
The master bedroom is light and airy and has an en-suite shower room. There is a flat screen wall mounted TV for your enjoyment.
The twin bedroom has two single beds and is just opposite the second bathroom that has a luxurious Jacuzzi spa bath, perfect for a soak after a day in the mountains.
The living area comprising the kitchen, dining area and lounge is open plan. In the lounge area there is an opulent leather sofa with a view to the 45” flat screen TV that has cable & digital channels.
The dining area comfortably seats five persons.
The kitchen area is spacious with all modern appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a capsule coffee machine) and has ample work space.
The living area leads onto a balcony (19m2) with mountain views that has table and chairs to make the most of the alpine sunshine.
There is free wireless internet connection throughout the apartment available for your use.
Haus Adrian has a washing machine and dryer available for communal use in the building.
